  2. Place Your Order: Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can review your order details, including shipping costs and delivery information, before finalizing your purchase.
  3. Payment: Complete your purchase using one of our secure online payment options. You will receive an order confirmation via email with your order details and a unique order number.


  • Orders are processed and shipped by the individual vendors on our platform within 7 days of purchase.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on the vendor’s location and the destination.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing tracking information to customers for all shipped orders.


  • Orders may be canceled by customers within 24 hours of placement without any penalty unless the order has already been processed and shipped.
  • To cancel an order, please contact customer support with your order number.

Returns and Refunds

  1. Return Eligibility: Items are eligible for return within 7 days of receipt if they are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
  2. Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, contact the vendor directly through the platform with your order number and reasons for return. The vendor will provide instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Shipping Returns: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning an item unless the item is defective or not as described. Items must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Refund Processing: Once the return is received and inspected by the vendor, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 days. You will be notified of the refund status via email.


  • Due to the unique nature of items sold on Island Market Hub, exchanges are subject to vendor availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact the vendor directly to discuss the possibility.
